In the race, Lexus teams had a trouble which is filled with exhaust gas in the car.
Trouble that happened to Yuji Kunimoto (#6) is also carbon monoxide poisoning.

Theyre always pretty strong. If they give them a weight penalty, it'll be just like success ballast.

JAF GT500 will always be the Lexus(Toyota), Honda and Nissan. GT300 includes Subaru BRZ, Toyota Prius, Honda CR-Z and soon Toyota GT-86. I hope the mother chassis proves popular and maybe Mazda joins.

RE Amemiya developed the RX7 themselves, so Mazda was never in SuperGT in the first place...hence why the RX7 never had any prominent "Mazda" or "Mazdaspeed" sponsorship stickers at any point (excluding the small sticker that replaced the original badge)...Mazda much prefers sponsoring grassroots motorsports, JS explained this a in a previous SuperGT thread while ago i believe

Also...with the Toyota-backed Lexus RC-F GT3 already in track testing, and with the large amount of GT3 GTRs already in GT300 now, i think the Mother Chassis is going to have some stiff competition sales-wise...

Okay, got that! Still, if Dome wants to sell their mother chassis to customers, why not market it to tuners like RE Amemiya and such.

*About support system of SLS GT3
-We are working as a pure customer program.
-We provide all the teams with equal support system. One engineer is supplied per every SGT race.
-There is no difference in support system also in money or in technical also in Japan and Europe.
-Our customer program is not implied a factory team. We do not like works team participation.
-It is important that our customer team can fight fifty-fifty to the rival works team.

In my opinion, the mother chassis is allowed for foreign car (non-Japanese automaker) or not?? If yes, then they can sell to them as well as Dome market as the tuners or constructor.

No wonder that bloody SLS is so damn boring especially GAINER DIXCEL SLS (#11) because the SLS team are almost always gets the podium in the first round until now (mainly (#11) cause this team are getting the 4 times of podium even with the weight handicap ) . Then why the GTA does not take any action for them??? If they is any reply then quote this post as soon as possible.

According to the report of Honda GT project leader Masahiko Matsumoto,
Although the 13kg weight saving of NSX-GT was carried out on the regulations (minimum weight 1077kg),
the weight saving has not been carried out in the Fuji round yet(!) since there is no time margin.
Strengthening of the cooling system has only been implemented.

I think JS means Honda didn't have time to carry out the weight reduction on their cars between the date of the weight reduction being confirmed in the regulations and the Sugo round...?

Sorry for my poor English.

According to team MUGEN Fuji round report,
CR-Z has equipped neither ABS nor traction control.
(They are permitted in the technical regulations of JAF-GT300)
Therefore, it was a very tough race in rain conditions.

I think that honda blown it self when decided to run a MR car... I guess they knew that the DTM chassis had been projected for FR cars. Also to use "FR oriented" tyres compound doesn't help a lot.

Blame Mercedes for designing the chassis. They created it to be suitable for FR layout.

Still, having 7 Lexus teams is too much!
