Wow. This is brutal. Can the 9 find pace to get in contention?

But, like Daytona and Sebring, this feels like a proper endurance race. Actual attrition taking place.

Issue for the 7 car has killed the mood of this race. I hope the 9 car can step up!! Toyota so fortunate to have brought 3 cars.

Kunimoto will need to have the drive of his life. Lopez needs to keep it out of the barriers.

So both teams do long test 30+ hours...but do they test slow zones?? Could it be that the heat (ambient temp) plus the slow speed of the slow zones are causing these issues we're seeing in the LMP1 cars.
