Virgin to go to WSBK!
I was watching the British SBK highlights on BBC one today and during an interview with James Haydon, he said that he had been offered another year with the team. He then went on to say the team are looking likely to enter the WSBK in 2003. Good and bad news. The R7 (I'd expect they'd run it) back in the WSBK but them out of the BSBK, unless they continue with the R1 too. I've been impressed with steve Plater this year. He's done wonderful things on that bike yet his much hyped team mate Simon Crafar has kept his head well down. How long before one of the 4 cylinder 1000cc bikes win a race? Reynolds was close @ brands!
