Regulation changes during F1-years

Please let me know if you know where to find that, what site such things can be found, ....

thanks,

I don't remember the address, but there was one great site which had information about rule changes for safety.

It was same list as in Sid Watkins's book I think.

But some changes not related to technical side:

Points system:
1950-1959: 8-6-4-3-2, 1 for fastest lap
1960: 8-6-4-3-2-1
1961-1990: 9-6-4-3-2-1
1991-2002: 10-6-4-3-2-1
2003-: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Until 1990 all races didn't count to the championship. In 1964 (G.Hill) and 1988 (Prost) champion would have been different if all races would have been counted.

Safety Car was introduced in 1993.

Refeulling was banned during 1984-1993.

Since 2000 the race which has stopped after 2 laps but before 75% of race distance, will consist only latter part of the race (as in Spa 2001). Before that aggregate times were used.

If you want a succinct overview of F1 evolution, here are several links:
Timeline
Technical evolution
Safety evolution (better get this one in PDF format)

Cheers
