His lawyer can have as much interest as he or she likes but that doesn't give any legal challenge any more validity.

To run in the series, the entity running has to agree to abide by the rules and the terms of the REC.

Assuming that the sale of the REC was fully in accordance with the terms of the REC, then any challenge is unlikely to have legs.

Courts (in Australia anyway) generally have a view that if the administrators of a sport have operated within the rule structure then there is no case. It is only if the administrators may have operated outside the rule structure that courts have shown themselves to be prepared to intervene.

Stuff.co.nz. 04/05/2009. DJs quotes...
Focus...
More time and RESOURCES, whos? the AOs.

DIRT TRACK? been there...done that...and got here.

Boating requires...bouyancy and stability...neither exist with DJ IMO.

DJs "Opportunity" has provided...Rookies...and Champion
drivers...Headaches and financial strife...a well known FACT.

WHO... "struggles to get the funding together"....DJ thats who!

"We have held a number of discussions with" Karting,Ford,Toyota and Mini Challenge...that's History...He's been there...No One Wants to Know him...Cos they do know what he does...he fibs.

TKRCreditors post...
Refers to Apparel by designs unpaid, court order for $171K...from some years back...they could go back to court and 'win again"...wont see them paid.
Also refers to IDLs $65K...Unpaid for merchandise supplied for the HN 400 last year...They have had had to joint the queue...
AND as DJ points out with pride, his personal bankruptcy has had no real effect on TKR.
They still "cant pay the bills" Insolvent for years I suggest!

The only thing missing in this disgraceful scam is a state funded enquiry.
There have been calls made to Authorities...However they contend that DJ is just a crap buisness man and thats that.

VESA to send $1.3M to the AO in NZ to cover
BGs $750+ costs etc...
ANZ/Nat due $360 odd...
Paul R's missed payment..Mediated...now disputed again by DJ.
Sundry private lenders...hundreds of thousands of dollars...
some "secured " most not even mentioned in despatches...

AND THEN... theres TKRs Debts...SBR/SBRE,Hasted,Cato,Owens,Unpaid former Mechs and techs [dismissed staff]and like that...one I know is owed $15K...his sister loaned DJ as well...she's still owed $11K from last year.
Another I know claimed he advanced DJ over $100K...Requested reimbursment and was then BANISHED!

Add to that the number of Hot Laps Sold , through to Xmas eve 2008...bearing in mind that a hot lap car hasn't been avilable for 2years...
I had one purchaser who spent $2K, 2 years ago complain that he's been assured "the car is being repaired,as we speak" still no ride! No refund available...one of hundreds of "clients" I suggest that are still "waiting for their opportunity...

The new merchandise supplier...1000 shirts at $35 each...Been Paid?

I DOUBT IT!!

I know its the "same old song" Ive been reading this forum for years, nothing much has changed.
DJ set up over here successfully with his scam because the courts are busy and you need $$ and patience to contest for any payment,IMO.
Historically even being a winner in these Litigations still doesn't get you "settlement"...Ask Ross or Bernie!

UNLESS you're a BANK...

They only had to wait 2 days for success...BANKRUPTCY...Still haven't been Reimbursed though...although a while back DJ was expousing he ONLY had $60K to go and that would be "SORTED".

Does any person know how many Millions DJ has SECURED over the years?
Ask the accountant? you could try, but of course it would be "CLASSIFIED"! Priviledged information!... HANDY EH?
Untagling the web created by 10 years of bookeeping....
The AO hasn't got a clue, maybe a hint or two. She will have DJ's assurances and Evos Bookeeping to assist her in her decisions...Not Reasuring IMO!

Why don't you just cut the crap so an end can be put to the damage you continue to attempt to inflict on EVERYONE you come in contact with...Please!
Everyone else SEEMS to have woken up...WHY NOT YOU??

another dimes worth from me.

Well since Vodafone aren't a contributor to FFF Racing, then there is no need to make the most of now.

Wasn't 12 a race number of that good mate of yours, Senour Bradley?

OK so much for the number 021 having to be used...
Does the car still have to be... Awl Bleck?
Or can FFF now use the colour of their choice?

Spotted Big Dadda at the Local Mega 10 on the weekend, complete with show car and box of T shirts.....no sausage sizzle tho (times might be tough?).
Overheard him telling a punter he sells about 10 a day....

Wonder - do Mega 10 know he was there, or does he just park and sell?

Who owns the T shirts?

Where does the proceeds go?

"given the ex sponsors Decals on the ex race car situation, my guess is Park and Sell.I mean Who is going to ask him to leave, its a car park...Eh?"

Who owns the T shirts?

"the punters who pay the cash,
DJ would perhaps be the 'middle man' working as an Employee of TKR. TKR's ownership of said Merchandise no doubt to be settled at some future date perhaps. Posession being 9 tenths of the Law,Traditionally.Buisness as usual"

Where does the proceeds go?
"Same place as previous 'proceeds' Naturally"

Off topic slightly, but noticed the other day that 13 Tribro companies went into liquidation recently. Another ex sponsor.....
They had everything that DJ was after, all the fancy cars, F150's, Typhoon Falcons, XR6 Utes....looked like it was overflowing with cash - perfect target. Seems it was all show an no go....
