Heeltoe6 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
first i wish boris a speedy recovery and hope he is relatively ok as all indications suggest

so then the question is, what's he doing testing a panoz lmp1. we kow last year there was a deal where'd he'd race le mans for panoz that never happened due to a trans am conflict, might we see him at some time in a panoz next year, or was this a mere shakedown and not a preparatory test?

I wish Boris a speedy recovery, too. He's a tough bird and will shake it off, I'm sure.

I wonder whose place he's mooted to take - or is he only practicing for the third driver spot in endurance racing? They seem to be having difficulties with the team in the 51 car, getting it to gel, maybe he will replace Klaus or Franck?

From Speedvision
"The Panoz team has been testing a number of American drivers lately, including Scott Pruett and Anthony Lazzaro in addition to Said, as team owner Dr. Don Panoz has expressed a desire to have an American as part of the team for next year." — John Gardner, News Bureau Editor, RACER

hmm, it does indeed sound like a search for a full time driver for the 51(or a 3rd car but I doubt that) rather than finding just a third shoe for the endurance races
