HELP: Automobile Club de'l Ouest

This is an appeal for help.

Someone I know runs a racing team, and they are looking at the 2002 ELMS - if it actually happens - or selected ALMS rounds.

In order to get this project under way, some issues of vehicle homologation have to be sorted out. Now, one would think that the logical thing is to present these questions to the ACO and get all the answers "from the horse's mouth".

My friend has been trying to do that for over two and a half months now.

It seems the people who are in in the know about such things are always incomunicado. Faxes and e-mails were sent and messages left on a daily basis; so far, there has been no reply.

Decisions have to be made for next season; time is running out.

We would be grateful for suggestions as to who inside the ACO can (and will) answer questions regarding the technical regulations.

If you know anyone my friend can talk to (or perhaps want to help out a future competitor *g*), please drop me a line:

aco@cybersdorf.net

Thanks!

So true!

The good thing about this place is that there are so many options, someone from here pointed out a thread in your hangout that i was interested in so i signed up to provide the necessary information. Very similar format to this place though don't you agree?
