All this tells me is that the chassis is very good. This was the case last year too. The car was not spectacular in the outright speed department but had a great chassis. This allowed them to use softer tires and dramatically improve cornering speeds.
This is good news if they have a motor that can pull its weight. Consistent lap times are good but they need to be consistently fast. |
