JWT should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Charity Kart Race

I am organising a charity kart race to support the Asian Tsunami victims.

Daytona have given us considerable discount for a three hour endurance race to be staged on 3rd April 2005 at 4pm. The format is for teams of 3 or 4 and there will be a qualifying session followed by the race itself which will go into the early evening under floodlights! We have contacted some “star” drivers so hopefully the event will also provide some excellent competition as well as great fun!

The cost we have been charged by Daytona is £220/team and to add to this we are asking for a £100/team minimum donation to go towards the relief operation.

If anyone is interested in fielding a team, please email me at joetwyman@hotmail.com

If you havn't already, why don't you email Dick at UK Karting and ask him to put something on the news section. He is normally pretty good about these things.

That's a fantastic idea. I think it would benefit from being a bit more 'high-profile' & could actually be a breath of fresh air to karting.
