Gudgeon should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
BJR don't blame CPR Larry gave everyone room when they managed to get up to his B pillar no turning in on the passing car, no contact, no weaving to blockand excellent straight line handling, so why not make the most of it.
I think Larry gave his fellow drivers a lesson in humility and sportsmanship by admitting that he was not as good as he was

Precisely!

And don't forget Larry went from 1st to 11th in just a couple of laps and not once was there any panel rubbing that I saw. (We were at VIP and that's where most of the passes were)

No actually that was Bowe. He always carried on about once a year drivers.

Anyway faster car slower car does make a bugger of difference if the blokes behind don't have the talent to get past, which they obviously didn't. Larry was racing for postion which is something most of you seem to have forgoten

Rusty hated the once a year drivers.... old Morky gave a good account of himself in his now-outlawed VS in the Konica race...

I would love to give guys like Richard Mork a run in a proper car, just to see what they can do

GTR have you been puffing the magic dragon again or popping pills. You seem to like all drivers that are not drivers. The Konica series is where these guys belong.

Sorry to butt in on this being an outsider but I found the coverage refreshing and not only that Bowe and Perkins were both polite of a little sarcastic towards each other. All good fun from my viewpoint.

just on that armco gate that Larry crunched, somebody with a black texta wrote 'Larry Perkins did this 2003' and i also noticed a 'GO MORKY' banner up near Reid park
