What is this?
 It's used for Sprinting, But what is it? Current guesses are that it's a F2 Car |

 It's a Pilbeam MP58 with a strange nose.Can't remember who's it is but i'm sure Steve "the oracle" Wilkinson will tell us.

i think you will find its a JPR special designed and built by jeremy phillips from jersey was used for sprints and h/climbs in channel islands with a monster chevy in the the back of it
