Well, I'm back home so looking forward to my first trip to Oulton of the year! I call it my home circuit and I get there first time in June - something wrong there, surely?

Mark,
Come to the NW FF1600 Race Centre to say hello. I believe you are doing one of our future rounds for www.clubff1600.co.uk , or so Ian Sowman tells me.

Hi BM62 You are now on Water Tower for the remainder of the season.

The 'skid' comes from enquiring about racing FF1600.

Yes me 'Ballast Boy'

See you Saturday

Ian

Ian,
FF1600s do not skid. They suffer from temporary loss of traction / proper contact with the tarmac, or severe braking imbalance brought on by excessive speed. Every single instance of this is no fault of the driver whatsoever.

Keep an eye out for Car 4 in Pre87. He has a message for you all.

But if he's going sooo fast, they won't be able to read it!
Or do they have to wait for him to suffer a temporary loss of traction/proper contact with the tarmac?

I've given my ploy for the rest of the season a lot of thought, speedwise I'm becoming a bit of an also ran, so I'm looking for some extra co-operation from those in orange...something on the lines of the calculated use the waved yellow ...or even the judicial use of the blind eye.

See you Saturday...Steve Jones.
