Free Web Storage/Display?
Does anybody have any suggestions for web storage/display of photos, preferably free.
I had been using Fortune City but I think a few people accessing that site have encountered problems with a stealth program the Fortune City use. I have tried Yahoo/Geocities but they have really draconian bandwidth restrictions which seems to allow viewing of no more than about three photos in a given period of time. MSN Photos doesnt seem tohave the facility to global share photos, only by individual invitation. Failing the free option what about a paid for service? any recommendations? |

Bravenet isn't so bad. If you want something for nothing you have to be prepared to put up with the occasional innoccuous pop-up. I've certainly never had any prompts to adjust my homepage. Horses for courses, I guess.

Well, I'm glad you've found a good solution Paul. Hopefully it won't be long before you're enquiring about "affiliate" status!

Hopefully their pay version doesn't stealth-install Xupiter/OrbitExpress like the free one did. (I can't install updates for IE on my work computer - don't have access - so the OrbitExpress thingy was able to get on to my system without my permission. Anyone who keeps up-to-date on their browsers should have no problem, though)
