I was watching the race while eating a Thai Green curry for dinner,I gave it a 10.
The race however I gave only a 2.

At a push 5. However, I give the BBC and in particular Suzi and DC, a 10 for the post race interviews and comments. Much more enjoyable than the race which was at best average.

That brief run of great racing is over now isn't it. Some good overtakes but other than the Ericsson train at the end, there was very little genuine wheel to wheel racing. 6.

gave it 3 as race was not exciting coverage seemed consist mostly of the fight for 12th place so that says it all

5. Track and crowd are great and despite a little fun at the start this was a very average race imo.

With this kind of advantage at the front, rain was needed.

A 2 from me. I like the track and especially those wiggly bits after turn one.

However, the FIA need to take some extraordinary measures to stabilize the sport before it completely implodes.

Reintroduce the old V8's in 2016 for a three year period which should give everyone a decent motor in the short term.

Park up the Hybrids until 2019 which gives the other engine manufacturers time to develop a motor which can compete with the Merc.

Mercedes won't like this but the sport needs to protect itself right now.

5 - Not the greatest spectacle. Decent racing for 10/ 11/ 12th, but little else further forward of great interest.

Only saw the race in highlight form. Verstappen once again enlivened it. And Rosberg's move on Bottas was ballsy, but fair. And Alonso's comments were good. And the track is one of the best. And there were other good battles in the midfield, with Ricciardo and Perez having to work their way up from the first lap crash.

So 5/10

Ever-so-slightly below average race for me, but because of the track being so great to watch, I knock my score up to five. Maybe that's a bit harsh because it wasn't that good a Grand Prix, because I still really enjoyed watching Grand Prix cars around Suzuka.
