AndyMil should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Advice required

Can someone tell me if I should fill in the race marshal registration form off the msa website or will bmmc have passed the relevant details to them when I joined?

Andy,
The MSA website is notorious for being rubbish to find anything on. Have you got a link to the registration form you're talking about.

You will need to fill in and return the form via the BMMC

http://www.msauk.org/pdfs/New_2004_f...tration127.pdf is the link,It was the NGO bit that got me started on this,I will fill it in if i need to, however I am only a trainee and there is nowhere on the form to state this, is the form only for trained marshals, and even though I am only trainee surely they would want my details anyway to show how many marshals, trained or trainee they can call upon, or shall I just fill it in anyway?

You don't get onto the MSA register until you progress from trainee to either course or specialist. Your club's NGO should then fill out most of the form and get you to do the little bit that covers the MSA from any liability from any PC do gooders who complain or claim.
