It happened a couple of days ago, and the ride day is still making the newspapers Here

i notice they've paved the outside of the hairpin exit a bit more, is this to avoid any more Skaife/Ingall type incidents?

i noticed the great camera work, with some interesting data , please v8TV get those cameras
GTR not sure why there would be cameras, they do these things regularly (didnt tony D get fined not that long ago for doing it) triple 8 and FPR both just did them in WA, |

Teams dont regularly share the track on ride days. I have worked a stonesthrow from Eastern Creek for a number of years, and seen HRT, SBR, BJR, Tasman and others show up to do various ride days, usually as sole occupant of the circuit.
The question of teev cameras is to wonder why putting all the celebrities in the cars is a good idea if nobody is there to record the details... Usually if a team has a celebrity at a race meeting, they are hoping for additional coverage in the social pages of the newspapers, beyond mentioning purely the racing performance... |

Hmmmmm
One might have thought that DJR would have strapped the little potty mouth into a 5 point harness, given the driver would have been wearing one.  Hell, even V8 race have a 5 point in their wannabe cars..... |

Was the passenger only wearing 4 point harness? Looked to be moving around more than you'd expect? Or are my eyes just playing tricks?
