New circuits in NSW

Does anyone know anything about two new circuits in NSW, one at Wagga and the other on Central Coast?

I read something about them the other day and now can't recall where.

Can't help you with Wagga but the steps needed are being worked through for the Wyong track - it's called Casar Park. Not there yet but they're quietly moving forward.
Here's their website for you: http://www.casarpark.org.au

The track at Wagga was finally approved by council last year. Everything seems to have gone quiet since then.

Although approved by Council, it seems the locals are not happy with the proposed track.

Also seems hard to ascertain from this what form the facility will take.
