What is your British Touring Car Dream Team?

this one is just for a bit of fun really. If you could bring all of what you consider to be the best elements together what would they be? Who/What would you choose for the following?

1. Driver
2. Team Manager
3. Engine
4. Chassis


My choice would be:-

1. Matt Neal
2. Ian Harrison
3. Judd 4 cylinder (from 2004 MG ZS)
4. Astra coupe'
