mattray has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Alan at Swift offered me a drive in "THE NEW CAR" once it was built and that was back in 2001, I bugged him and his welder Kevin the whole year and the next and it was always it will be ready soon. Needless to say it has never happened.

ahhh but Stuart was supposed to have the drive and it was entered into the championship this year (from what I gather) hence why I'm trying to find out what happened.

As you say though things appear to be moving slowly at swift at the moment the SC92/93 update kit which was supposed to be out at the start of 03 never appeared.

As far as I know it will be out this season. I have seen the car and it was very nearly ready to run. It looks a nice bit of kit and has the flexibility of being run as a Kent or a Zetec from one weekend to the next.

What can I say, other than the chance to race Formula Renault with Hill Speed was too good an opportunity to turn down. I felt Renault was the best career move.

Thanks for letting me know - it was just a interesting topic close to home for me.
