Another suggestion's just occurred to me - "Pryce", after Wales' most successful (?) racing driver.

I had a little drive on it yesterday. Work is ahead of schedule and I can sum it up in one word AWESOME
It is fast, wide and undulating. It looks like parts of it will be at Thruxton type speed
Any co-ordinators who won't take their championships there and the clubs who won't go in 2007 are doing their members a disservice. I bet they will be clamouring to go in 2008

Yep, it was Mark, taking time off from his continual posting of death notifications .
.
And yes it looks way better when you see it in the flesh so to speak.

The way things are looking, I'm going to have to forgo the pleasures of a two hour Britcar race & a few Radical biduros at Oulton to be there for the first meeting at the New Anglesey. Oh, dear that's a tough call!

The more I see of the new circuit, the better it looks!

Coastal Circuit
Below the Paddock will be a new Pit Lane - not showing on the map yet - circuit runs clockwise, so first corner will be 90 left, second corner 10 degree banked right hand hairpin etc.
National Circuit
Would use the current Pit Lane and Start. First corner is basically the old School Corner.
International Circuit
Not sure which Pit Lane and Start will be used.

Don't know about Rallyx.
First car race meeting is Whit Sat / Sun and first motor bike meeting is Whit Mon 2007
That is 26 / 27 / 28 May 2007. Can't wait.

No clashes with F4 for the first meeting which is good so I will be able to come and watch.
