Yes. But Fuji spec aero has been banned.
One spec aero will be homologated per season.
Therefore it'll be high drag than the conventional Fuji spec aero.

No official BOP for the test.
But GT300 teams should run in "envisaged" BOP.
However, we don't know by what kind of BOP they run.

No wonder the Stupid #9 & #33 Porsche and AMG GT squad are very fast!!!

By the way , how about the JAF-GT 300 including Mother chassis BOP one.
I think that this season will use BOP in both GT3 and JAF-GT300 including Mother chassis.

According to BOB-Suzuki blog , he is not satisfied the BOP for M6 GT3.

うちがミッショントラブル抱えながらも20番手

About first race of VLN.
Important thing is the that race result.
Highest position of BMW was 15th. And Jorg Muller was 23rd. (They are BMW factory driver)
They are same lap from the winner, so the trouble is not the cause of less speed.
In a word, BOP of M6GT3 is very severe than other GT3 cars.
We were 20th (with gearbox trouble), and ARTA were 18th in the Fuji test.
This is test, so I can't say determinately the result.
However, Mr. Ratel, please make consideration for our BOP. (Joking)

Ha, VLN pre-N24 is utterly pointless with regards to BoP. All manufacturers are just playing games to try to get breaks for the big one.

Hopefully, with all the data they have from last year, the organisers won't fall for BMW and Mercedes' games again.

Times and trap speeds from Fuji test are a bit off reality, track was so cold that cars were weaving all the way down the straight in a forlorn attempt to keep some tyre temp. Some cars used wets as it was too cold to get slicks to work.

The trap speeds are they really representative of the actual top speeds? Not sure where Super GT does the scoring line at.

According to EICars twitter,
their Bentley Continental GT3 is a new car, not used car.
EICars is official dealership of Bentley.
So permission of Bentley headquarter was required in order to participate in SGT.
They bought two Continental GT3 for race and spare.

Lexus Team WedsSport Bandoh driver Yuji Kunimoto will represent Toyota in the 85th 24 Hours of Le Mans, driving with Stephane Sarrazin and Nicolas Lapierre in the #9 Toyota TS050.

He'll also drive the 6 Hours of Spa, which means missing the Fuji 500km. Pending an official announcement, Kenta Yamashita will drive the #19 WedsSport Advan LC500 in his place at Fuji.

Most likely, Tsubasa Kondo (2016 PCCJ Champion). He is already listed at 2017 team's lineup and he also took part at previous tests.

Takeshi Tsuchiya is also still possible to race at Rd.2 Fuji. After all, he's only retired as a full-time driver, not entirely.

Or maybe the team will employ 3-driver lineup for Fuji 500km.
