Blergh, again no proper live stream it seems... the Dubai race is by far the hardest of the 24h races to follow.

Not really, thanks to the comprehensive SPEED coverage it's pretty easy to pick up a stream somewhere and has been for many years now.

I still remember years when this was impossible and there been only one or two live cams if any that showed infield and start/finish and the live timing if it didnt broke, that is. With a bit of luck there was trg radio but that was it

so 4 cams , livetiming and a live ticker for on circuit events aint that bad

You mean 4 cams, live timing and GPS tracking (unless that's what you meant by ticker).

Seems like its gaining in attention and popularity, its possible you'll be able to watch it online very soon, the economics don't make sense for traditional broadcast and I hope people start understanding that (see ALMS TV Deal).

Shame there are no proper Audi R8s (Red Camel's one isn't the factory built type) but it's still going to be bloody crowded, I wouldn't want to be driving in one of the baby classes - more cars per mile than even the Nurburgring 24

Happy to see both BMW Z4s of Schubert running in the top 5, also happy to see that one SLS is already 54 laps behind and another 9 laps behind..

Shame about Jetalliance and Land Motorsport though. Both the Land car and another GT3-R have a hole in the exhaust, that seems to be the car's weakest link...isn't the first time that a GT3-R has exhaust problems.
