Interesting - normally I ignore the Corgi efforts as they're not that great - have they improved with this one then?

Well I peered at it in its display case in a shop over the weekend and thought it was pretty good for a standard faire sort of model?

keeping popping this on forums once in a while....

If anyone see's or has for sale a Secuirocor/Castrol BTCC Toyota Carina E of Will Hoy or Bailey (from 93 I think - but would consider any year really as I can paint it), then let me know!

This was the first livery I did and I saw a model in a shop at Spa in 94. Unfortunately, I was a pennyless student (well, having spent some of my grant for Spa!) and couldnt afford it.

Not sure of the manufacture, but it was a resin model.

PM/email me.

Not bad... http://www.flickr.com/photos/2837212...7607220392687/

Certainly not Minichamp standards though!

I like that a lot. Assume it must be some sort of special commision from the team or Steven Kane due to the low numbers ?

VERY special!

Mind you, not as special as the Help for Heroes last meeting version!

It will be interesting to see if it makes the cost of having it made?

1994 Ford Mondeo - Burt
1995 Ford Mondeo - Burt
1995 Ford Mondeo - Radisich
1996 BMW 320i - Winkelhock

Anyone looking to unload these cars by any chance?

It should say on the box? If not, the car is #22 and, of course, in Schnitzer colours

Good find, Redshoes. I've got no interest in them myself (my little collection is limited to Super Touring era BTCC cars) but it is a shame that there are so few BTCC cars for the past ten years. What do we have exactly? From memory, the Breeze Alfa, the RAC Bimmers, a random Motorbase car I think?, and some dreadful looking Vectras... is that it? You'd have thought that they'd have done all manner of BMW, Alfa and Seat cars at least. If someone then did a Astra Coupe and MG then that's pretty much the whole field of recent times covered!

Okay guys. Just been going through this thread and here is a list based on the contents of the various 1/43 scale models of BTCC cars as I am aware. Please post any updates that you are aware of and I will edit it as appropriate.

[snip]

There is a 10,000 character limit on each post, it seems, so I have had to split the lists out. You can find them as follows:

Diecasts
Kits
Specials

There are 2 Accords in the "Rock-It-Cargo" livery, one is silver the other white (don't know which is which as far as UPC goes). Both are Gravett cars though.

I believe you mean this site? That is where I got a lot of my info from but I went through and checked it and there were some mistakes and a number of ommissions (the Soper BMW above being an excellent example - nice find!) which is why I posted the updated list. Hope someone finds it useful?

Would be interested to see that 2004 Muller car if you can find it in your browser history? I'm not personally interested in anything outside of the Super Touring era BTCC but it'd be good to know what is out there for the sake of future reference.

Daz, are you certain both Rock-It cars are Gravett cars? I have a white Gravett car from 1998 (#29) and a silver Lee Brookes car from 1999 (#99) but dn't ever recall seeing a silver Gravett car?
