Hmm, It would probably save him the effort of having a wife. We should start "life coaching"

I think there would be a massive take up if we introduced a WIFE COACHING class!

Thanks for belated wishes, how old did you think I was? Because if it's less than my true age I'll take that instead.
I know that I need to get out of tin tops but I will have to wait another year

So ive heard it from the horses mouth..................there's gonna be another 2.0ltr Dallara on dem hills next year.

I reckon we could start our own class soon

I have asked the man in question not to go faster than me........but to be fair he aint too bad when it comes to driving - so i guess i will have to wait and see.

Bring it on ! (next year can't come soon enough)

Oh I knew there was something I was trying to remember.

Rob Carvell has the Shelsley TT up for sale in The Castle Combe Club Mag. At 15k for a class C and potential Championship winner at Castle Combe, not to mention a Shelsley Special, would appear to be an absolute steal, if he hasn't already sold it.

For Bob Penrose, using the uprights, engine, gearbox and possibly wings from the Dyno-rod Roman.

That is a shame, I believe that the Roman could have been a competitive car in the right hands.

Once it is broken up then the likelihood is that a piece of hillclimbing history will be lost forever!

True, but another piece of history will be made. Making cars out of bits of others is a longstanding Hill Climb tradition and part of what makes some of the more exotic stuff on the hills so interesting. Steve isn't in the habit of making slow cars, I think his attention to the project should improve it no end.

Speaking of Steve Owen, he mentioned that Phil Cooke has sold the Force minus the engine to Robert Kendrick.

Check out posts #35 and #36 from last October, Mr Owen is a tad late with the news!

Yes, the news is late, but I didn't realise he sold it without the engine. Interesting, because his engine was oustanding and a key to much of Phil's speed. Does open up the possibility of him using it again in another chassis.

I'm pretty sure that Robert bought the car complete as it finished Prescott last year

Oh drat, forgot that. It's more me forgetting about it than Steve being late relaying it.
