Looks good. Bobby D certainly got up to speed fast. Wilson going to have a challenge ahead of him to get the Coyne car up t speed, but it should be a little better on road courses. Not surprised to see Barrett at the bottom. He could be a bit of an embarrassment this year.

Not really an Indycar fan (yet), but am I right when I say that Bobby D is the fastest rookie? And when I look at the times they are all pretty close together, how difficult is it to be just a few hundreths or thousandths of a second quicker?
I assume it is very difficult to improve your time? |

The trick in oval racing is to lose as little speed possible in the corners. While this is also true in other forms of racing, here 1 mph less in a corner pays even more, as the engines are not actually all that powerfull (680 hp or so) compared to F1.

Too bad not many will know about it.
There was hardly any media there for Tuesday's media day and even less today. |

Mike is more than worthy - his junior formulae record is far better than Danica's

No, Im serious. This kid is a rookie. Danica is a proven talent. She will smoke this kid on the ovals and beat him on the road courses.

DanicaFan, please dont take this the wrong way mate but you are deluded, i would be quite happy to put a huge wager on Mike beating Danica for pace by mid season, she might well finish the season higher than Mike but that would be down to the teams rather than outright ability. I know she is your fav driver but all you have to do is look at his record in lower formulae, he is head and shoulders above her in ability.

Mike conway has won both the British Formula Renault and F3 championshipps and has a race win in GP2 with one of the less fancied teams whereas Danica has one win due to fuel strategy ever in her car racing career, where is the evidence to suggest he doesn't have the talent to beat her, especially on road courses...

Add me to Mike Conways list.
Conway will beat Patrick atleast once this season, atleast. Danica is a proven talent but not in the tiers of Dixon, Franchitti, Briscoe, TK, Power, RHR, Wilson, etc Her performance at Surfers last year spoke louder than any debate here. |
