Heres a list of GT3 cars that i compiled to see what could be running in the GT1 World Championship this year which will be run to GT3 specifications.
Alpina B6
Aston Martin V12 Vantage
Audi R8 LMS
BMW Z4
Chevrolet Corvette CR06/Camero
Dodge Viper (new 2012 version ??)
Ferrari 458
Ford GT
Lamborghini Gallardo LP600+
McLaren MP4-12C
Mercedes SLS AMG
NISSAN GT-R
Porsche 911 GT3
Its by no means an exhaustive list there plenty of older GT3 not included but it should be pretty up to date on the newer ones.

Hasn't Porsche ruled out support for teams running the GTWC?
Unsure as to whether that's been officially confirmed, though.

In 2008 and 2009, 2 Jaguars xkrs were racing same races.
In 2006 had some Maserati Grand Sport Light.
And in 2005, in the test sesions and in the launch in Monaco had Venturi Heritge and Lotus Exige.
What happend with the Cadillac CTS that race in SCCA World Challenger? Can this car to be homologated to GT3?

Ginetta G55 has ran in British GT in 2011 and supposed to have a really strong Nissan engine upgrade for 2012
Camero is being homiligated for 2012 also

Do many of the teams get full or partial manufacturer support or are just 'customer' teams?

It depends on what championship they are running in and the manufacturers goals mainly i think. In the national GT3 championships there isn't as a general rule manufacturer support or even in FIA European GT3.
However i expect in this years (2012) GT World Championship which is being run to GT3 specification most teams will be receiving some sort of manufacturer support, as the point in the championship is to have a closely linked customer team running a manufacturers cars without it being a full works team.
However there are some cases manufacturers can be more heavily involved such as this years Spa 24hrs part of the Blancpain Endurance Series in which Audi ran what was basically a works teams (Drivers & Engineers).

Shame that Maserati havent been tempted to build a GT3 version of the GranTurismo, there is a GT4 version however.
The Lotus has raced in British GT and there is one still racing down here in Australia, although in its current form I dont think it strictly meets GT3 regs .
The Cadillac CTS was built to SCCA regs not GT3 so is in no way a GT3 car more of a touring car then anything. Nice cars though.

And Nissan with their support of JRM running the GTR GT3. And I suppose you could put McLaren and CRS in there as well.

True however the Nissan and Mclaren efforts while using their works drivers and engineers weren't branded as such, whereas the Audis had clear Audi branding on their cars and team.
Most likely as Audi wanted their name to be on the winning cars (which it was) while the McLaren and Nissans were more development projects so if they had technical problems and blew up there names wouldn't be on the cars.

I know on Ginetta's facebook page they have a back shot of the 2012 G55 GT3. I've been looking for a shot of the car. (Curious to see what it looks like) I'd love them to do a GT3 version of the G60 for the international championships.
Would Young Driver count as a pseudo-works team?
Plus has anyone bought the ex-Marc VDS Mustangs yet?

Direct works entries are forbidden in FIA GT as SRO only wants private or semi-private teams to enter, remember the Nissan on the 2009 season - it was entered by the Nismo factory squad and therefore wasn't able to score any points (not that it mattered when they run on much slower GT1 spec and only did handful of races anyway).
Some teams get partial support (like YD) but most of them are just plain privateers and have very little to do with manufacturers.
edit: oh sorry, sorry! I somehow misread the topic title and thought your question was about FIA GT only, forget what I said then
