Nikon bits, n bobs...

Well, I finally got fed up of me and the Nikon not working well together. So I've sold it.

I now have some odd bits left, including lenses.
18-35 Sigma.
28-80 Nikon
70-210 F4 AF Nikkor
70-300 AF-ED Nikkor.
I think I also have a remote cable lead for a D700. It may fit others.

I'm open to any sensible sort of offer...

Admins? If this breaches rules, take it down.

I'm off to look at Fuji X series, or possibly switch back to Olympus, again.

Tim,
If it helps re your thoughts on Fuji - I'm a Nikon user myself (mainly D800) but of late been using the Fuji X series as well, initially an XE1 and now an XT1. The latter is surprisingly good for motorsports, maybe not DLSR levels but not far off.

So I wouldn't worry too much about the Fuji if that's your choice. I tend to use both systems and don't see me getting rid of Nikon but I'd quite happily use the Fuji and some of the fast lenses on their schedule look particularly good. Obviously for general photography e.g travel, landscapes it's also great.

Sadly those lenses aren't worth much, I recently looked at selling my 80-300 AF ED and found it difficult to raise much more than £60 on it, I hope you have better luck.

Thanks for the thoughts, both. Jeff Carter, WEC Press Officer, is supplied by Nikon (ACO sponsor, etc). He buys Fujis...
I've seen a LOT of his pictures, and they are very good indeed. Mind, Jeff's way better than me anyway!
I know those are worth very little, hence sticking them up here. Does me, and somebody else, a favour. ebay is a waste of space these days. Shame, they worked rather surprisingly well. I may just Oxfam them, TBH, for the return, it's not worth listing and then faffing to post them anywhere!

I have days where I think that my Nikon isn't producing as sharp pictures as the ametuer Tog with the big grey lens (Canon) standing next to me, behind the fence, but then other days when I think, well mine are not too bad after all.
It's a tough call switching gear , I hope you make the right choice Tim.
