Paul Ricard HTTT LMS Test .
As the test is starting tomorrow , I think we need a dedicated HTTT teat thread .
Is there any pics of the cars floating about yet , as they should be there by now . Be interesting to see how Andretti does ..... hope he flys . |

Teams can't get into until lunchtime tomorrow following the GP3 test Thursday/Friday.

Testing will not start before Sunday morning 09:30.
Tomorrow: 10:00 Paddock open for all LM P1 teams testing on both days 13:00 Paddock open for LM P2, LM GT1, LM GT2 teams testing on both days |

Oreca boys should be busy tonight covering the cars with fablon , as the pics of both Oreca 01 and Pug of the last few days were carbon black .
Didier Andre will drive alongside Ayari for Le mans . I thought this was supposed to be a junior team !!! |

a few things ive noticed so far, the front bodywork of the Strakka Honda is different to that of previous ARX-01 iterations (different lights, fewer winglets). The M3 GT2 has a different exhaust. Same goes for the OAK Pesca's sporting the usual side exit exhaust, so that means they will make a LOT of noise this year hopefully. The Oreca Pug is also sporting the 2008 front end as well, not the more sloped front the 2009 factory cars had.

Why is it that the M3's both in ALMS and LMS always have the dullest liveries. Do BMW realize there are other colors than white? I posted some pictures of some paint jobs that members of the Forza Motorsport 3 community have put together. If BMW just put some effort into their schemes they could turn out more like this!

Westbrook is a Prospeed driver and now that FIA GT2 is cancelled and the Porsche team is looking for another series... looking forward to seeing which car he steps in during the test days!

Isnt the Westbrook/Aston deal just for Le Mans ?
The differant nose on the Acura is probably one of the "C" mods , so im not surprised about that . Like the look of the yellow wheels on the Farnbacher Fiat . Nice looking French flag incorporated onto the nose grill of the IMSA 997 , and that Bruichladdich Zytek looks brilliant . Some great new liveries out there ..... and that gold dome on the Oreca Pug looks nice too . |
