Apologies for resurrecting this old thread which I have just found - via a search engine - because I am hunting for some nice SCGT cars to download; and I have seen that a lot of the old sites/pages are gone. Looks like SCGT is slowly but surely being phased out. What about this new World Sportscar game - is it the Sone of SCGT, can the old cars/tracks be imported?

Ayse, how about an SCGT archive page?

That Salzburg 917 looks like it's based on a Gp.C Toyota - look at the roof line...

I have only has the game two weeks and I have so many favorites - but at the mo it has to be a multi-colured Ferrari 360, but I have download something like 50 or 60 cars the only problem is that I can not get all of them to work, can anyone help

I have found it quite easy to install new cars; put the sound file (.WAV) in the /sound/22... folder, the rest in the /patch folder. That should do the trick. There is a good SCGT guide that you can download but I don't have the url here. I'll see if I can find it.

Thanks for that, it had the infomation I wanted on that site, I can now use the latest Audi R8 and MG EX257, even if they are both a both a bit difficult to control.........

Where did u get the MG and what class u putting it in?

My favourite car right now is the Persson Mercedes CLK-GTR from 1998.

The Sintura is a real handful to drive, on the other hand the modified Sunbeam Stiletto is the most forgiving car you can imagine - not a very realistic simulation
