Redline Rumble, some of the cars...
A local motor club that I'm a member of attended the annual 'Redline Rumble' at Santa Pod the other weekend.
I couldn't go, because of AS exams etc.  , I'll be there next year though!Its basically a 'Run-wot-u-brung' type event on the strip, and a chance to see loads of modified cars. How about this?

When we look back at pictures of the 1970's and 80's we see there was so much bad taste in the clothes people wore.
It's quite clear what area of bad taste the early years of the 21st century will be remembered for..... our grandchildren will marvel at those photos and ask, "Grandad, did people really pay money to make their car look like that"? Last edited by alfasud; 14 Jun 2003 at 11:25. |

Or, "Did people really spend a few hundred quid on a Nova/Fiesta (etc, etc) and then fill it with thousand-pound+ stereo sytems? Why didn't they just buy a better car?"
