I enjoyed the meeting, pity there wasn't a larger entry.
The heavy shower came at right time just as we finished practice.
Also credit to the driver who blew his engine, for pulling off onto the grass.

Steve Wilkinson is a back marker
I was particularly impressed by the speed of foot of the photographer who was stood on the outside of the hairpin when Stuart Nelson shunted the Haggispeed! He managed to outrun the straw bale but missed the best pics!!!

Things should improve next year with some minor massaging of the Hillclimb Leaders which should see some more NATIONAL entries for both Barbon & Harewood.

I went to this on Saturday, I have to say it was a tremendous event despite the slightly low number of cars.

Glad the rain didn't last too long as well, started just after practice and stopped for the timed runs.

I managed to miss the incident at the hairpin, deciding to walk down to the startline mere minutes before it occurred!
