Had a great time. Missed you as Andy joined me for the weekend and we had a very spontaneous stag do on the Saturday and Sunday nights. (any excuse)

A 'Big Thanks' to all those who joined in and made this a very enjoyable weekend. The big day is 31st May, so I'm not planning to do any more marshalling this side of the wedding. Hope to see you in June.

Good week-end had by all but one unfortunate driver who seriously damaged a nice historic sportscar on 3rd run on Sunday. Great shame. Many thanks to all who helped out, especially our new start and finish recruits.

Two good evenings too, weather just about held off for the gatherings. Good luck to Andy for the forthcoming nuptials.

zac - you didn't say hello, and you were pretty close by me on one of those shots!

Not too difficult, IMO they're nearly all nice posts. It was a particularly quiet week-end - not often Top Ess get nothing to do all day (Sunday). If that's your influence you can definitely come again! Seriously, it was good to meet you and I'm glad you enjoyed it.

zac, just look out for the
<<< hat
next time. Usually to be found at Bottom Ess, and generally driving the Docor's vehicle. Me that is, the hat doesn't drive!

Although if it did it would probably remember to apply the handbrake every time it wanted to get out of the car

I also would like to add that I hope Rob Turnbull managed to get off the field ok....

I offered help but as the Discovery3 that was trying to tow him out was not managing to help I doubted my front wheel drive estate would be any use either...

I did feel quite helpless and a little guilty as I drove off and left him in search of a tractor....

I must admit I had an interesting weekend. Thank you everyone who helped during the emergency on Sunday. I was pleased that Monday was much quieter at Top ’S’, although I was concerned that at one stage we did have SIX photographers with us (did they know sometime I didn‘t ).

I'm Glad you enjoyed your day at Top 'S' Andy see you in August and see everyone else at Prescott for the French meeting.

Does give a fair impression of the stresses going through the car as it turns slightly left on a reasonably smooth (these days) bit of road at around 120mph.

It's also nicely artistic.

Indeedy.......The photo itself is cracking.....

If I read correctly then I think zac was intimating that it was interesting that the strut was bending not that the photo was interesting
