there will be lots of rain tonight, for sure. hopefully not the entire 2 quali sessions. but anyway, i'm pretty sure the starting grid won't change among the top contenders.

i think this time he's pretty accurate. i think porsche and possibly audi are in that region, on a dry, grippy track. and it's not impossible that toyota too are there as well. traffic seems quite heavy this year, with 60 cars and the weather is totally crazy. i suspect none of the fastest cars had a pure, clean qualifying lap like in the old days during the sole dry session so far.

This has not been a good 24h for Porsche. Come to think of it, this whole year has been horrible from the start.
Bring on new Technical Director, and get on with the 2018 car. Toyota (as I predicted) have done a fantastic job and they deserve the predicted result. |

this is the typical porsche-toyota relationship at le mans. it's history repeating in an incredible fashion.

Congrats to Porsche but you have to feel sorry for Toyota. So close.

Porsche lucked into this one. But sometimes, luck is part of the game.

well, it was luck too but let's not forget: this is endurance racing. porsche were the fastest car to have the endurance. it's what they do. it's what they always did at le mans. they know how to win this. it's much more than luck.

Lieb was amazing. They were on the limit all the time. Great job by the trio but Lieb was a great force in the team.
