Morgan says he had a lack of pace - and then it suddenly burst into flames.
Team say it was fine on the out lap, but they have noticed oil on the grid spot so think it was an oil fire. Last edited by crmalcolm; 21 May 2017 at 14:22. |

Jason saying it's impossible to pass other cars due to the power disadvantage. I guess Sutton isn't actually driving a Subaru. Maybe it's a Volvo 850 and we didn't notice.

Jordan edging Sutton onto the grass very poor. Anything done about it ? I doubt it ...

Sutton to the lead. Plenty of power in that Suba...Volvo 850.

And Black & White for Price, Cook, Epps and Plato.
And Austin. |

Sutton is a star. An absolute joy to watch, and a lovely lad. Glad to see him doing well.
Odd to see Neal finishing above Shedden. |

My goodness Harvey needs a trip to spec savers missed Turkington being pushed at the last corner and then makes pointed remarks about the Subaru and its race winning performance. Getting Skaife like with his commentary ...::

Yeah Turk had a Vauxhall on his bumper. And hopefully this ends the Subaru debate. That win was with ballast, clearly had plenty of power too. Both Plato and Price ran well down the straights too. The only debate is whether or not Plato has a bent chassis. But the car is otherwise fine and doesn't need any help. Great performance from Sutton.

I love the way the race was on from the start and the race went quite well for the Scooby of Sutton and the race for Price which saw him in the points was a little bit better than he has had to endure
I just want to wish the best for Tingram and Morgan, in the title race, for the first time in the season they were not only one race out of the points but the second one was worse than the first one I just hope that the people who are in the sport are not going to be turning the other way over the last corner of incident or it could be worse things to happen in the future. I think the first incident was the concertina effect of the Honda and the BMW, the other one is the last thing I want to see in a car being turned round on the straight. I agree with what Flash said before race 2 though |

Mat Jackson for R3 win?
Expecting lots of penalties tonight! Proctor was involved quite a bit in that last race... Last edited by luckn002; 21 May 2017 at 15:13. |

5th red flag of the day, Porsche this time. Caused by over defensive driving, cutting over someone's nose. Either didn't know they were there, or tried to run them off the road and the other car wasn't having any of it. Poor show.

Something doesn't seem all there with the BMWs. Last year and the year before they were gaining half a car length out of the hairpin, this year they seem to be very much equal with the FWD cars. Maybe they are struggling with traction or something?

The driving standards are pretty appalling throughout the TOCA package. Hard to believe the boss of TOCA is also the boss of RAC or is that the problem...

We're always talking about the braking advantage the Honda has but Cooks Focus is more than a match for it down into the hairpin. He's putting in a good show.

That was one block too many for Cook. Didn't take much to buckle the back of that car. Was very very lucky not to get turned on the exit of the final corner the lap before.
Sutton super fast with ballast in his not-a-Subaru. |
