Was under the impression that the control rim had to be used in all qualifying and race sessions from September 2010 and all practice sessions from September 2011. Spotted a picture on a team's website of a car running down pitlane at Albert Park with an older spec wheel, has the rule been relaxed? Recall Kelly Racing were booked for this last year.
