So they are running as #023? Alongside the #23 at Nissan?
I know its been done before with #05 and #5, #021 and #21, #2 and #02 in the same race, but I thought that sort of stuff had been phased out? (Similiarly at one point wasn't there a push to gradually lose three-digit numbers?)

I don't understand the name at all. Is it:
-a sponsor
-the entry/team name
-the business entity
If it's a sponsor, what the hell is it?
If it's a team name, what the hell is it in reference to?
You'd think any media launch would cover this off...

Under CAMS schedule F regulations para 3 g, a number starting with a “0” is not permitted.

Supercars don't run under CAMS regulations, it is an FIA international series, has been now for over ten years.
