Being used to their little hatchback series now those nasty big V8 Supercars tend to scare them.

It also confuses them when there is more than a dozen cars on the track at the same time.

I'm with Kristof14, the BTCC set the standard a few years ago, although if any series is gonna grow now it is the ETC.

naaah his problem is that he's not as good as he thinks he is!

its not hard to win an independants cup when theres only 1 team in it or the other team only has the budget to take part in a handful of meetings.

the new rules are cheaper tho so woohoo more privateers on their way!

Matt Neal's seemingly abundunt degree of spasticity has already been discussed at great lengths on this forum and after so much prolonged debate on this issue I think the answer is beyond anyone as to what in fact his problem is.

Well Matt Neal was good enough to win the last race of the ETC, and if it wasn't for his European team stopping him, he would have been at Bathurst this year.

Well atleast in those less than a dozen field , the BTCC can have more than 2 different manufacterers.

Also the Aussie Super Touring Championship hopefully will be on the up in the near future, keep an ear out.
