Nordic should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Belive me Fab it is well worth the effort. Another ferry route worth looking into would be the Dieppe-Newhaven route, Goodwood is only about 1 1/2 hour from Newhaven and on the same road and alot cheaper than either Portsmouth or Southampton crossing.

Probably the cheapest way to cross is still Dover/Calais and it's not a terrible drive from Dover to Goodwood. It's motorway nearly all the way (M20/M25/M3) and should take about 2 hours driving, sticking to the speed limits.

If you do decide to come over then either bring your camping gear or book a hotel very early. If you need details of hotels you can always PM me or visit the Goodwood website.

Thank you all, I'll probably plan a visit with my München pal Bertrand (who was at LM race in 2002), and we could the trip with the Porsche 964 cabriolet... not a bad way to go to Goodwood !

We'll be at Le Mans Classic as well : is Goodwood before, or after LM Classic ?

Le Mans Classic is 23-25 July so it will be just after the festival speed and before the revival

Fab, the Revival is in september and is the one that to go to as it involves racing on the goodwood track.
The Festival of speed is in July and good but no racing happens there, it is just demo runs up Lord March's driveway.

I see... the problem is that I haven't got much time in September, it's darn busy for me... I think Goodwood festival is not so bad, at least to meet friends of Ten-Tenths and turn around the cars, have talks with the owners and so on... and we'll have races the next week-end at Le Mans !
