Why No Penalty For Aggressive Blocking??

From what I saw in NZ, it appears that the patients were running the asylum again...they contrive everything they can to encourage passing and then penalise guys who give alittle nudge to a car driving down the inside and blocking!!!

WTF?

How about penalties (or at the very least blue flag) drivers who AGGRESSIVELY block the vehicle behind and are OBVIOUSLY holding up that car? Or just abandon the "no rubbing" policy and let the bloke have a go?

There are some shockers out there for this - Porky Morris, Silly Tander, Mums Boy, Ye Olde JB, BPB Richards, Speed Hump Seto (sorry, he's gone) and even some of these new characters are getting into the act. Jeeze!

I say we have a new rule - the 3 B's

Trevor should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I am at a little loss as to what a blue flag is going to do other than to tell the driver that they are about to be overtaken.

Blue flags in the first instance are informative, I think. If you blatantly ignore them though that traditionally incurs a penalty.

He should have been shown the bad sportsmanship flag during the race anyway.

I have to agree.....they try to make it more interesting ....to encourage passing the powers to be re introduced reverse grids (stupid concept). Then when a less than perpect pass is performed on a less than perfect track a penalty is handed out.

If someone is clearly slower they should be shown a flag and allow the faster driver through....if they dont they should be peanlised with a drive through.....which will help the faster driver perform to their best ability.

What ****es me off is when someone who is clearly slower and continues lap after lap to hold up the quicker driver....then has the audacity to complain when they do get passed.

thats just stupid......if they dont want passing get rid of the reverse grid.....then make the race a 3 lapper with a pit stop....becausee thats the only place your going to be able to pass.

I say bring back the B pillar....allow a little touching up and let them race.

Note to mummas boy....if you cant handle the heat get out of the kitchen

I think that Craig Lowndes should be penalised for aggressive following.
