If you are where I think you are, you most probably can blame the p*rk P*e type stuff on us. we were the pair with video cameras who were filming around there when the beetle whent off!

It's amazing what happens if you just mention them.

I'd like to thank everyone at Silverstone that weekend for putting up with us and our cameras as we wandered about the circuit! Great racing and everyone so friendly and helpfull.

As one of the Clerks (not Safety Car Observer as expected), can I say a big Thank You to one & all. The meeting ran very smoothly from our point of view & that's down to you Ladies & Gentlemen. Every report that involved an overtaking under a yellow was dealt with & some drivers now have more points on their licences than when they signed on.
See you all next year & Thanks again.

As one of the drivers on the day a big thanks to all the marshalls and organising team. My first time on the Birkett as a driver and I had an awesome day. As I was not on the final stint I did not get to wave at the bank on the slowing down lap, but I did in spirt.

Cheers
Andy

A great meeting although not kept too busy, so the hat was very welcome. Enjoyed the racing and sorry that Team Gorilla had such a frustrating day. However they did finish so congratulations on a good team spirit and effort.

A great meeting, with plenty of passing. Many thanks to my team on Ped Bridge, and to Pete and the 750 Team. See you all again next year.

That'll be me then. Just in case people were wondering, the lights didn't work sometimes coz the adaptor was falling apart. It eventually fell apart completely and shorted the ciggy socket setting the alarm off for those that could hear it, so it hadn't been nicked and join in with the race.

The track was a bit greasy, no wonder so many spins, as one of the clerks found out. Seems he's been keeping that one a bit quiet, weren't you DAVE?

I'm going to put 2 and 2 together and make several. thus.

Would the person who is the subject of this discussion be the clerk of the course who me and my mate met on Saturday morning

We were looking for the press sign in at the time.

Indeed twas I,
Whilst you guys & gals were having Brekkie, Elaine & I were taking the flags out to Post, we then did a second trip with the SC Boards & I have to confess to doing a 360 by the Commentary Box @ Becketts - I did keep the engine running though, & wouldn't consider it as bad as straight lining Surtees @ Brands in a Laguna or entering Brooklands flat out in a Mitzi Evo 8 when they let the cars out. An average season!!

Don't worry Chezza, Somebody did it in the first 15 mins of the LMES race and shut their food and spare gloves in the car. Oooops.

Nick, Your "Gravel Slag" told me how busy you guys were. You got 15 for 3 right?

Im really gutted that I couldnt get to the Birkett this year. Instead I decided to get my head pummeled playing inside centre in Birmingham. Fat lip anyone?

See you at the Birkett next year and at WHT on Friday!

Great meeting all round by the 750's. Thanks for the hat.

And dave do I have to ask how fast you were going to do a 360 spin while putting the flags and stuff out?
