Ducati!!

They've dominated World Superbikes for years, now the Italian manufacturer have turned their attention to MotoGP for 2003.

Already the bike looks impressive, with Loris Capirossi a sensational third first time out, while team-mate Troy Bayliss not far behind in 5th place.

The Honda is still the class of the field, and with two riders of the calibre of Rossi and Biaggi, will still be tough to beat.

But Ducati proved last Sunday that they have the speed, the bike and the riders to win. And with more testing, the bike is sure to get better and better.

So, realistically, when can Ducati deliver a first win? Can they crack it this year, or will this year be more of a development year?

IMO a race win (or more) is assured this year. Hopefully Our Troy gets up for one!

Capirossi was sizzling at Suzuka, Bayliss obviously did not know the track and was not so strong but when he comes to tracks he knows he should be up there too. Very quick bike indeed. Still the usual suspects at the top though isnt it?! Rossi, Biaggi and Capirossi

Seeing as though Suzuka is a very hard circuit to learn (and very dangerous) I think that troy's ride was in many ways more impressive then Loris'.

A superb debut
