Went with Grosjean, drove his balls off in that Haas car, also Palmer was pretty impressive, good racecraft from him.

Vettel. Superb start - and pretty good race pace. Just a shame the team put him on the wrong strategy after the Red Flag.

Honourable mention to Rosberg. He might have had a poor start, but he beat Lewis off the line at the start and managed to stick with Vettel. A solid start to the season. Plus, it means that he has beaten Lewis for the last couple of races. It does bode well for him.

Another honourable mention to Danny Boy. In his underpowered Red Bull. Could have got a podium, but perhaps was on the wrong tyres. A strong showing for him. The Red Bull seems a little bit better this year.

And then, RoGro. A superb debut with Haas.

A lot of potential winners here. Personally went for Jolyon Palmer. So calm, relaxed and unphased by anything. I think Dr Palmer has raised a steady and ready thinker here. Enjoyed the dice with Bottas. Arguably not DOTGP material with no spectacular points finish or anything but I thought it deserved some sort of credit.

Otherwise, Vettel did a great job. Loved the start. Rosberg did everything right too. Glad to see less animosity (at least at this early stage) between him and Hamilton on the podium. Really hoping Rosberg can challenge him this year.

Romain Grosjean was excellent but he was many a time last year too and didn't seem to always get noticed for it.

Mad Verstappen (didn't notice that initially! My autocorrector) was a bit scrappy today but still quick.

Yes, Born Racer, I was impressed with how Palmer seemed to hose off Magnussen.

Riciardo should be champ

If Danial had been in a Ferrari or Merc he would have won the race. Fastest lap in his Red Bull and a fine 4 th place finish. Im happiest for RoGro and Haas but Riciar.do was the star
