But on their forum you're likely to get a biased view. Perhaps (?!) 10/10ths is a little more neutral?

I've used a S60 in my E30 M3 for this season and haven't had any problems.

My BMW E21 316 runs a DTA ECU, not properly mapped yet, but no worries ECU wise. Good value for money as well.

I know a number of people who use DTA ecus. DTA have been around a long time, and they seem to be completely reliable. The version you are looking at offers everytihing you are ever likely to need from an ECU. There are lots of people who can map them - which is important - plus the version you are looking ate will 'learn' it's own fuel map, based on a Lambda target. So, get reasonably accurate base ignition and fuel map loaded into it, drive it, and by the time you get on the dyno maybe 80-90% of the work will be done - thus saving a fortune in mapping costs!

I have a DTA ECU in my old Nova GSi. Great bit of kit. Certainly no complaints about Mr Warburton's kit.
I'm considering using one his latest ones with a certain Chevy V8 of mine. |
