Has BJR retained Ozemail, or not?
I have heard alot of theories from many a people, but wheres the proof? |

The proof being that they were testing the cars in Ozemail colours only hours before they had to line up at Albert Park, proof enough for me!

thats not enough proof for me. just because they line
up at albert park with that on doesn't meen they will retain it at adelaide. just my opinion though |

yep it is interesting. i think that we might see a second sponsor on the BJ car, again its just my opinion I could be way off, maybe thats why there not commiting to ozemail racing.

I thought there was talk of Ozemail scaleing back sponsorship, this would explain the dropping of naming rights and then Harvey Norman stepping in to top the overall $$'s up?

well the BJR truck left Albury the other day still with Ozemail colours on it , but that doesnt really mean alot cause it costs a fair bit of cash to repaint the truck.

I've got to say, BJR is giving me the s#*&!!!! I’ve lost all respect for them.... One day before they start racing for 2004 & we have heard nothing!!!
All we get, is one of there drivers having a "go" at forums for starting rumours... What the f&^# do you want as to do, if you don't tell us anything???????? Get your act together BJR!! |

Hypothetically, if I was a major ISP company, I am not sure if I would want to be sponsoring a race team when the series broadcaster is well and truly in bed with a rival broadband ISP company................hypothetically of course.......

They circulated a press release yesterday filled with the word "Ozemail". Read into that what you like...
I remember late last year people were swept into a tizz saying that shell had packs its bags when the team was refered to as "DJR" in a press release. Maybe I should issue a press release saying that the world's finishing... |

The cars are still branded Ozemail at the track (I didnt take a pic... they put them away after the practice session to quickly) and are now both green and white.
Interesting to see is the support for this team by Mobil... |
