I applaud BRC efforts...but can't help feeling it is too grandiose and ambitious for a "regional centre"...
What race team or engineering outfit is going to set themselves up way out in the sticks...for what?...cheap rent? Who cares when you are trying to attract the cream of the crop who want to live near family, friends and a little nite life and the vibe that only a city can offer etc The BEST thing that BRC can do is keep improving the amenities around and in the track...how about the odd additional grand stand or three? and more race meetings per year? Have they a strategic plan for the facility? Do they have short and long term goals for the facility? It ain't rocket science!
