Jim Edwards

What a great result for Jim and the B&Q team in the feature race taking second place in class at the very last minute.

I seriously do need to calm down. I really shouldn't be sitting in front of a computer with a silly grin on my face every time I think about this afternoon.

Roll on Thruxton and more of the same please

What can I say? Other than ?

The BandQsi were out in force to see a fantastic last lap, last corner move at Lodge. Jim and Norman Simon were side-by-side until they were out of sight, going up to the start-finish straight. We strained to hear the commentary as the commentator picked up on the battle, and ... by 3 hundredths of a second Jim got it. Well, we went absolutely ballistic!!

I hope the TV pictures pick up the two cars rubbing door handles as they cars crossed the finish line, you could not have got a cigarette paper between the the two of them..

Well done Jim, and to the rest of the team!

I assume he was in the ex-Syncro car and John took the ex-Edwards heavyweight special Accord over?

Congrats Jim! What a star! I got strangled to death by John before the podium presentation! To say he was a little pleased would be a an under-statement! More of those please! (the wins, not the strangles! )

Hehe! I can honestly say I have not seen John THAT happy before! Not one for clogging up the forums with pictures but I think this surmises Jim's moment...

Just to match that pic, how about that one of champagne in full flow - I'm amazed it turned out because the camera (and me!!!) were absolutely soaked.

Jim / John

Congratulations on this wonderful achievement. It was made even special by being there, cheering, waving, and creeping in to watch the podium!!

Absolutely marvelously.

Well Done to you both!

Just wanted to thank the B&Qsi for an exceptional show at Oulton!

This is the first chance I've had on the computer since Sunday and I have to say without doubt we are winning the fan's support championship!!

Of course in a couple of weeks we're aiming to go one step higher at Thruxton so we'll need you all to be there in force!

In the meantime look forward to seeing you all on ITV!
