Spec. Racer?

Anyone know who makes the spec racer that is shown running in the attached video?

There are like 10 of them running this hill. Looks like a rear engine (4 cylinder bike engine) with all independent suspension. They handle great, but who makes them?

Interesting. They look like some kind of modified Baja/Dune Buggy. I have a mate who races on the continent quite a bit. Next time I see him, I'll ask if he knows.
