no worries, i guess we will have to, seeing as everything you say is gospel

so after all the costs created by previous encounters with Petchy antics , everyone should roll over and admit that dishonesty is the way of the future for Motor Sport in NZ. you could be onto something.......... it works for some clubs, but am unsure if they would vote in favour of the new regime.
SJ.. Both sides are responsible for the mess we are in... Trouble is ST have the cars, teams and drivers. The litigation will determine if ST acquired the IP illegally... If it is determined that ST are cleared, imagine the Costs Claim that ST wile file against NZMS... I heard NZMS couldn't afford to put up the Court Bond... Anyone else hear that?

Cepi owns the ip from what I have heard, nzv8s are spending clubs money fighting this. St directors are spending personal money fighting it.

not really, but maybe you should 'put up, or shut up'.
i am not the one coming on these forums with unsubstantiated claims.
lets hope you are correct, because, if not, and you are a licensen holder with MSNZ, then your actions would be justifiable for 'bringing the sport into disrepute'.

for the record..........no, i am not on MSNZ executive, or even a member club executive, but i do have at least one MSNZ licence. and whilst i may not be fully satisfied with the way my levies etc are being used, i am not coming on here with near-on slanderous comments about them.

Hmmmmm. Bnging the sport into disrepute.

How high is that bar?

The last thing the governing body wants is a spotlight shone onto its activities and for it all to spill into the public forum.

Don't talk to me about the 'independant review' either

Over the years MSNZ have applied the rules and fined competitors with gay abandon.
They seem unable to follow their own rule book.

I'm sure RogerH would agree with me here

I only report facts... So they are not slanderous... The source of my information is not relevant, just whether the info is true or not... And it is.

err yeah..that's not an official press release from Motorsport NZ ending the NZV8 series. Carrell also wrote the "NZV8s set to snub Christchurch fans" article too. he jumped the gun with that one, eh?

Nick Ross’s Concept Motorsport Team announced in May the purchase of a new generation NZV8 chassis but this appears to be on hold as there has been little information on this project

This article states "What the NZV8s have done superbly well over the winter is to communicate to their fan base through social media. There is regular communication through Facebook and Twitter and it gives the fans a sense that they are valued, important and kept in the loop of developments and news."

Is the writer serious?
