thanks sl, this story even made our local daily paper yesterday. Motor racing has a lot of unsung hero's. It mentioned that JF died in a BEN home. I know that it is an old peoples home (my description), what does BEN stand for

Would that be a Murdoch-owned paper by any chance mickj? It took the Times about 5 weeks to do an obituary here, so the chances are it's been picked up from their website!
Not sure what BEN stands for, but it is a charity dedicated to the welfare of retired motor trade people. |
