Bob's picasa page

Bob, I jest not even with emptying cache (Control+F5) I still can't see your Goodwood pics, see image. I can see the half dozen+ pics you have put in Marshals 2013 but not Goodwood. The page is sorted by Album date.

Sorry Chig's and anyone else disappointed, I forgot to make the album 'Public'.
Once upon a time they were automatically available to anyone, but new improved version, . well you understand.

Should be OK now.

Brian A, I've just seen some photos on the marshals forum, taken by Heightswitch that you may wish to see. I know it wasn't your finest hour, but the moments are captured by fortune, as he was aiming the camera at the insipid bunch.

Thanks for the link Ian - some more to add to the album, and all part of my 2013 Goodwood experience.

Notwithstanding the reason for my visit - I have always found our friends in orange to be friendly, courteous, sympathetic and very helpful. So a big thank you for the kindly reception.

In this case, at least I was into the twelth lap of a fifteen lap race and was in line to finish 4th once Adrian van der Kroft retired after his coming together with Simon Diffey. So I did a lot better than some others who didn't even get to the grid for their races.

Well done Brian.

No pic's of the 1937 Alta that came second in that race!

Not bad for a Pre War in with all that new stuff!

It was the car Tony Gaze used to plot the Goodwood track plus historic in many ways.

Trust you to take the p ..... er Mickey.

I appreciate both your pointing out my spelling mistake and you kind remarks about my pictures.

I am sure there are far better images from the Freddie March, but I think that they demonstrate jut what conditions were like for us photographers.
